Winky Zeberlein

Winky Zeberlein joined SC Policy Council August of 2008 as the Director of Finance. Her responsibilities include financial reporting of the organization to board members. She also serves as the human resources manager for employees.

Prior to joining the Policy Council Winky served in the public and private accounting sectors. Her experience includes accounting for non-profit organizations as well as auditing non-profit organizations. Winky is also employed as a senior accountant at a local accounting firm which helps keep her skills up to date.

Winky and her husband Charlie have two children and live in Forest Hills where she has served as an area representative in the Forest Hills Neighborhood Association for three years. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from Columbia College. Gardening and photography are a couple of her interests.
